I told the person when he arrived and he said he'd verify leak location before leaving. After that, I offered to write him the check for the service call and he actually waived the charge!! He said since it only took 15 seconds to verify it was not the appliance, I didn't need to pay. Wow!! Needless to say, I will call upon this company the next time I really need to have an appliance repaired!"
