Then we seen an add on television, every thing they said they would do, was done. The team of installers worked in the middle of the winter, they were always on time, they were very clean and professional. They promised there would NOT be any leeks. its been 6 months -no leeks. "Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "
