I got 3 quotes for my kitchen remodeling, US Home Services wasn't the lowest price but I liked their higher value of quality as a company. That's why I ultimately went with them. And customer service. every time I called I never got the voicemail, they are very friendly and helpful, available in the office. From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit. Mr Bateman came out for a free assessment. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company! starting talks with Rachel in the office about them finishing my basement in the near future!"

Basically all stuff is in my field they broke off they told tile off the wall I don`t know how you want to put that. He avoided communication to prevent cancellation. I been called him eight times and he only responded once."

The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
