"The repairman was on-time and inform me he was on his way. He call me to tell me he was here but looking for a parking space. He came into the house and went right to work. The oven was not working and it took him about five minutes to tell me the problem. He showed me the broken part and the new part and how to tell the difference. I found that to be informative. It took him five minutes to put the part on and oven started working. I never had a appliance repairman complete a job that fast. My oven heat up in five minutes. Mr. Placido is gifted in his line of work. He even took a look at my dishwasher and told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it.
