"I purchased a Big Deal to have three mosquito treatments.  The first two schedulings went fine.  They even worked with me to reschedule treatment # 2 due to the rain forecast.  My back yard gets puddles when it rains which attract a lot of mosquitos.  I requested they pay special attention to that area. I accidently sprayed lavender on a window screen and noticed a lot of mosquitos had later been found on the screen.  I can imagine what would have happened if I had gone outside with a hint of scented lotion or spray. <br /> I don't know what happened; but, they did not come out for treatment # 3 that was scheduled.  I've reached out to them via Angie's list message system and have yet to hear back from them.  They would have gotten almost all "A's" had they responded.  I know things happen, but I did pay for three treatments.  It is now too cold to treat. <br /> The technician and the office personnel were both friendly and professional.  I really liked that I could schedule all three appointments online.  They responded and approved my appointment request online.  /I'm sure it was an over site.  I just would have liked to have gotten all treatments that I paid for.....which was three. <br />"

"Their location is close to us and the people were very nice but I wasn't completely satisfied with the service. I didn't like the fact that they offer pest control and wildlife management services but they weren't able to help me. Squirrels had nested in the area between my window and the storm window and the guys said they didn't handle situations like that. They told me I could call them back but I wanted it resolved immediately because the squirrels had been chewing through things in the house. I have nothing bad to say about the people; I was just disappointed that they couldn't help me out."

I believe they have been successful in getting rid of the mice as a problem for us. I'm not saying that in the winter that we will have no mice, but our problem with multiple mice is gone."

The man wrote on the receipt that I shouldn't sweep for 3 to 5 days and that I need to make a follow up call in 10 to 14 days to schedule a follow up appointment. I called the 12th day after because I had seen 3 or 4 bed bugs. I got an answering machine and then I called the cell phone number and spoke with someone and he said they had been really busy and he said he would call me back and he never did. I waited until a couple of days ago and left another detailed message. I still have not heard back. I need them to come out to ensure that I get rid of the bed bugs."
