"Harry was very thorough and professional. He replaced the shut-off value under the toilet and rebuilt the inside of the tank. He then fixed the leaking pipe under the kitcken sink. "I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.
In addition, the plumber that was sent, spent two hours at my home. There was no additional charge.

"Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"
