"Two weeks after moving into a new home, we discovered, after a heavy rain, that we had a leak in an older flat roof over a bedroom. Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. We were impressed by Certified's professionalism and responsiveness, and we would have hired them to do the full roof replacement, but they had a 2-3 week backlog due to all the rainy weather, and we needed the work done sooner than that."

"Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. "Trustworthy--We live overseas and contacted RIBA when our tenants called about water coming from the ceiling. RIBA was there same day. Diagnosed problem, dried out the area, and worked with tenant and us to create a plan, fix, and remediation. It started storming the last evening of the roof repair, but I was impressed that after the storm calmed, the crew got out of their vehicles during a steady rain to not only to gather their equipment and supplies, but to check thoroughly for any debris on the ground.
