He gave us good advice on how to set up drainage to avoid too much water being dumped in one place from our only downspout, good advice about our porch that’s separating from the house, and also about a detached garage wall that’s bowing. There was nothing that would make sense to offer us at this time, and he did not try to sell us anything that is not actually necessary.
