They arrived precisely on time.  They were very polite and willingly did everything that we asked.  We had some containers so that the oil remaining in the tank could be reclaimed and we requested them to fill these containers.  I watched them work and they were very pleasant  and did not mind my observing.  They asked me if I wanted to keep any of the parts that they removed.  All the work was done efficiently and carefully.   They  left the work area very neat and clean when they finished.  The area at the front of the house where the fill and vent pipes  was completely  and neatly covered without any disruption of the landscaping.  We were very happy with the way the job was completed.

Eddie called back immediately and we set up a time to meet. We thought his estimate was fair and hired him. First job today. We are pleased and look forward to working with him through the snow season. He is very willing to come automatically after a 4 inch snowfall and with a quick call if we need to get out right away. Barry is very knowledgeable about brick and stone construction and was happy to share with me the pluses and minuses of different approaches. He really wanted to do a quality job that would last for years and stay looking good for a long time. By the time I finished talking with him I felt that I knew everything I need to know. He gave me a quote while he was there, I accepted the next day, and he and his guys came the next week and finished the work sooner than promised.
