They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! From start to finish, the professionalism, kindness, and customer service were exceptional. What stood out most was that there was never any pushback, every idea or question was met with “yes, we can do that,” and Glenn always approached the project with patience, confidence, and genuine care. He was incredibly accurate with the project timeline, kept the workspace clean and organized every day, and was very conscientious about working in our home. His crew was professional, respectful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. Most importantly, the final result absolutely brought my vision to life.
