Having worked in the design industry for over 20 years, I have a passion for design, color, and patterns. Helping people make their home happy, comfortable and reflective of their individuality as well as functional and flow easily from one space to the next is what I love. I no longer tear out and replace walls, cabinets or any other major construction projects, but having said that, I will design it, give you 3D's and layouts and work with your contractor to bring your project to completion. "This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"The downstairs project went so well that we plan to hire Hearth and Haven to finish the upstairs as soon as it's safe after the coronavirus pandemic is under control. We have ended up with such a great livable space where we can watch TV, eat, and hang out with our dogs. Heather has such a great eye for detail, and she understands the importance of color and graphic design elements. She is infinitely patient and creative, and she is so organized that I would give her a medal if I could. All the work got done promptly and Heather also took the time to meet us at various stores to help pick out rugs and other accessories to make the whole downstairs shine. We never could have guessed that once Covid-19 came on the scene, our new downstairs would be a perfect place for our adult daughters to quarantine when they visited us. Both were knocked out by how good the downstairs looks now. We saw Palace of Glass product at one of our local glass shop on display and got fascinated by this innovative product. We end up doing 3 exterior window in the bathroom and some interior doors with the matching design. Staff was friendly and knowledgeble, the cost turn to be less than the stained glass quotes from the local shops. I would recommend them.</p> <br>"
