"From start to finish they came in on Friday and completed by Monday all before the 12. The work is impeccable and I will hire them again. I went from a brown linoleum floor to beautiful white marble tile floor. Also Updating my vanity and toilet. So with a short amount of time I have this beautiful bathroom. What you see now is the before/after brown linoleum floor bathroom to a beautiful updated modern bathroom. Now styling is needed be done and once my larger mirror is put in my upgrade will be completed. So excited on what was done here. We will hire them again. Highly recommend."

Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. "Everything went excellent. the owner met with us several times to layout the kitchen. He made suggestions and listened to our thoughts. Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. We feel that the workers made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left."

"I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.

Had a couple minor chips in the countertop which was to be expected as my job was large, their service department handled it right away , I was impressed.
