"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. We were simultaneously getting estimates from siding companies for our entire home and 2 garages. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew that he was the man for BOTH jobs. "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced.
