"Great! John, the owner was super helpful and nice on the phone. Eased all our concerns. The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. Exactly as they said. So glad we had this done before it became a serious and ugly problem inside the house. We highly recommend Priority Cesspool Sewer and Drain. Thank you!"

"Came same day I called and cleaned out my main line in about 30 minutes. Did exactly what I asked and at the price we agreed to."

"John came at he last minute at my request. He was very efficient . Price was fair for last minute job. He cleared the bathtub drain for me and removed the stopper."

"I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."

"Excellent Plumbing and Heating arrived on time (good communication) and had to reset the toilet and replace that water valve, and then to turn off the main water line to replace that valve. Juan and Dimitri did a great job. Willing to work with you on pricing depending on scope of work to be done. Highly recommend."

"Matt was our plumber. Arrived on Saturday about 2 hours after our call about our flooded basement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the main line clog and cleared the line in an hour. We were lucky to have him!!"
