Our original patio and retaining walls were never properly installed and they appear to have corrected this problem. For years, we also had a drainage problem on the two sides of the house. They installed a French drain on one side and a basin drain on the other. Time will tell if this completely solves the problem, but the drains were working over the last two days of rain. The guys that showed up were great, very friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had.  They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  They also got me an extra discount on the repairs.

There were no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics used.    There was no bait and switch or 'limited time offers'  to push the sale along.

The front office person I dealt with could have made more of an effort.  The day of my repairs, I was called and told the Credit Card Machine was not working, so I would have to pay by check, or my appointment would have to be changed to another day.  I was then called back after several minutes and told that a post-dated check would be acceptable if funds were not currently available.  I understand that the Credit Card System was being changed over, but there should have been some thought put into this before calling anyone.

The B for responsiveness is for the front office, not the workers.
