The next day they had their project team out and after we agreed to purchase through them on a Friday, they had their install team in on Monday morning. So far so good. Helped me get a smaller, more efficient furnace, and didn't replace anything I didn't need, like a/c. I've used Sila for years for other HVAC and plumbing jobs and their always professional and timely. Not the cheapest, but you get great service."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"Eric gave me an estimated time when he could do the work and showed up exactly when he said he would. For this job the work was done on a time and materials basis. He was very neat and left everything clean. The installation was quality work. His price was fare. The only things to note are if you live in an older house (mine was built in '67) he will ask you to turn off the main water supply or ask that you contact the town to replace your water shut off valve. The other thing to note is that he is not a fan of Toto toilets because he has had problems with them leaking. I am a fan of them but he did install it with some grumbling. It was installed successfully and doesn't leak. The cost for the work was $945. I would and have recommended Eric."

Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. "Jason and his team did an excellent job on all counts. I had a shower that was leaking down through the ceiling of the room below. Jason and team coordinated with my plumber to help open up the ceiling and identify the source of the leak. He and his crew determined that the issue was due to cracked grout in the shower pan. He regrouted the shower, making sure to grind out and fill in all the previous cracks and replaced the damaged ceiling. When working with Jason, I never felt rushed. He was always willing to take the time to talk through my concerns and provide his recommendations. I felt like I was talking with a friend that was an expert at home repair and renovation. Thanks to Jason's attention to detail and desire to get things right for the customer, all the detail work was done very well. Now the shower and the room below it look as if nothing ever happened. Also, I think it's worth noting that he treats his crew well. I recommend Jason Designas 100% if you ever have any home projects or remodeling that you need done."

Ivaldo and his son, Angelo (who did the work) did a great job pricing the job and even had an electrician they worked with do the lighting installation. Very nice and professional people and we would most certainly call on them again for other jobs we have planned at our house.
