"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"I wasn't sure if the drip system in my planter boxes were working properly so I purchased a $49 Angie's List Deal for a "sprinkler tune-up" from Paul Viers Landscaping. I received an email from Paul within a day or two of my purchase and scheduled an appointment for Saturday, May 7th. Paul arrived on time and checked my sprinklers in both the front and back yard. Several sprinklers in the front yard needed to be adjusted and he also fixed the drip system in the planter boxes. He also did a quick assessment of all the plants and trees in my yard giving me pointers on what to do to keep my plants healthy and free of bugs. This was the best $49 I ever spent. I was so impressed with Paul's knowledge that I asked him to come back to do additional gardening projects for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs work done in their yard. Paul is just great!!!!"

He left everything cleaner then it was before he came. Johnny and his crew were punctual, communicated what needed to be done, and were very professional. "Miguel is great. He’s very responsive, reasonably priced, and really knows his stuff. (Plus he’s just an all-around nice guy.) He’s also good about making suggestions proactively regarding tree-trimming, fertilizers, etc. I had a lemon tree that refused to bear fruit and within 6 months we had more lemons than I knew what to do with! My yard looks much better than it has with other people I’ve used in the past."
