Quotation was explained throughly with all options of products available with plus and minuses of each. Though explanation of permitting process was given which contractor took care of..All warranty info was gone thur for product choosen with contractors warranty. Contractors arrived when he said he would to install with professional crew and was present for entire installation. Clean up was done to perfection with out any debris or nails from removed roof. Contractors inspected roof with us and even provide drone camera viewing of roof and provided still down loads of drone pics to our phones. "As the saying goes " whatever is worth having is worth waiting for" really held true in my situation. At the time I got the estimate I was informed that Scott Allen was backed up with projects and the wait to have my roof repaired would be considerable but having read good things about them I was willing to wait. Once their calendar was cleared they called and set up a day and time that they would start. A crew of four arrived promptly on the assigned day and set to work. They were the hardest working foursome I have ever witnessed! In two days they completely removed all the old shingles and black paper, re-nailed all the original wood decking, installed new black paper and new shingles. Justin, their supervisor, came periodically to check on their progress and also came back on the third day to ensure everything was as it should be. Justin, Carlos and the crew of four all performed their assigned tasks in an exemplary and professional manner. Their work and the materials used were of the highest quality. "Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. We’re happy with our new roof and glad to have this project done, and would use them again."
