"There are some companies who do just enough to get the job done "semi-adequate", and then there are others who really go above and beyond who take pride in their work and are incredibly thorough. That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! So nice, in this day and age, to see a company who really cares about customer service, and a job well done! Thanks guys! I will be using you from now on!!!"

Since they did and the price for the install was very reasonable, we scheduled them to install our system on 12.27.2018 At approximately 0827 hrs., Tom K. arrived to install the system. Tom did a GREAT and through job, cleaned up after the install. Tom was strictly business which we really appreciated. If there were ever any problems to be sure to call them. "I used Hefner Plumbing a couple of weeks ago in February of 2017.  The quality of this plumber was way better than the last one I got.  Any category that you say, I'm going to say the guy really took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it.  He gave me estimates on future stuff that he already knew needed to be done.  I know he wasn't making it up.  I'm in an old house, my father was a contractor, it's not like I'm completely clueless.  So the stuff the stuff that he told me was actually completely legitimate.  There's one area of concern that I was already concerned about and he pointed out that was legitimate.  It wasn't a low estimate but I understood how he planned to do it.  If I can afford to do his way that's what I want.  Overall with his quality, he's definitely the best, no question.  I grew up in construction, my whole family is in construction.  He's the best.  The cost was $175.  For this one particular thing he fixed, he was fine."
