The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. By 6am someone from Downing called to inquire about my issue and although I work in Chicago, and could not be there to meet the plumber, I was able to get this sorted by 10am. The people I spoke with were super nice, Jim the plumber was very informative and though I wasn’t expecting to have this cost, I felt the price was fair for a new pump installation.
