"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Nick Lâ s brother came over the same day that I called them to replace blown off shingles"

"Lexi does great work. He and his team did amazing work on my floor, which was not an easy task - dealing with uneven floors and replacing some previous flooring done horribly by empire flooring. And also did a bathroom remodel, which was stellar. He made recommendations that made my life easier. I would (And have) recommended him with no hesitation."

"did good job on siding and roof. Installed some new doors. Did a good job, but never came back to get garage opener to work right{at least not yet) Overall, good person to work with."

"Ryan was professional, responsible, and easy to communicate with. He answered my questions promptly and was knowledgeable about the work being discussed. I appreciated his reliability and would recommend reaching out to him for exterior home projects"

"Tyler at MTL Renovations has been great to work with. He was attentive (we're still working together on another part of the project), took the time to read and understand the plans, was creative in his work, showed strong detail to attention, provided accurate estimates...really friendly, timely, great all around."

"We had Tim and his team work on a full re-model In Greenland, NH. This was a full gut job as the house needed major repairs and updates. What we got in return was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on one side and a 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the other side! Tim and his team are wonderful to work with, he listened to our ideas and helped us make them come to! We are so happy with the finished product and working with Tim that we are going to use him and his team on our next project!"

"Gavin and his crew did an excellent job on tearing our old deck off (that was falling in on itself) and replaced it with a beautiful deck at a reasonable price. We had some on unforeseen rot but he took care of it before I even knew about it. They all were very polite and they worked from the time they got there till the time they left. There was no standing around every two minutes to take a smoke break. In the end we upgraded some things and paid a little more than what was quoted but it was all worth it for the end product. Thank you to Gavin and his crew for giving us a deck our family will enjoy for years to come. 👏😊"

"We hired Capital Construction for a complete residing of our historic farm house. The scope included the removal of the old cedar siding, necessary sheathing repairs, building wrap and the installation of James Hardie Fiber Cement Planks and new trim work. From the initial consultation with Capital Construction, the communication was clear and transparent. They provided a detailed, fixed-price quote with no hidden fees and clearly explained the materials, timeline, and warranty. The installation crew was incredibly meticulous. The quality of the finished product is flawless—the seams are clean, the caulking is neat, and the details around the windows and doors are precise. What impressed me the most was their attention to what you can't see: they took the time to properly install the weather barrier and trim, ensuring a long-lasting, watertight envelope for our home. We couldn't be happier with the results. Capital Construction has completely transformed the look and value of our home"
