"We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"This is a multi family  residence, more like an income property. After the use of many years and many cars in and out of the driveway. It had to be repaired someday. These guys came in quick and repaired and sealed the driveway. Took a few days but the final work was great!

He examined the rooms...kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, stairway, and office.  He clearly explained the process, provided me a copy of his insurance coverage, and a written estimate. He performed the work as he promised. The crews were respectful and took care of my home. They work hard and keep things clean and tidy. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took great care to do the prep work such as laying down the drop cloth, taping plastic sheets over windows and cabinets, They also worked late when necessary to meet my schedule because I had to move out of my home. I like the fact that he recommended me to break down the job one step at a time for me to feel comfortable and perform really well. My home is a condo and we have an HOA. TLC works with me to meet any HOA's requirement. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone!

"Two techs showed up .  Plumbing took a while to install and the closet door was not completed because the glue needed to dry.  Needed a special glue and my son went to buy it so had to wait for it . I asked if they needed some newspapers to lay the door on while it was being glued he said no .  Some of the glue did get on my bedroom carpet. Well the door is still not installed because we could not get it in and I don't iknow if want to call them back.

"I have contacted Meir from t.n.l. construction and from the first meeting he show knowledge and professionalism.
Meir referred me to an architect and a structural engineer that t.n.l. works with I hired them and they also were very professional.
After the design was complete and we pull the permit i negotiated with t.n.l I got tow other quotes that not only were higher also the contractors did not show the professionalism that t.n.l showed.
We sign a contract and t.n.l started with the foundation than the rough and the final.
They ordered the long lead time items ahead of time in order not to delay the job.
Only in the last 2 weeks they demo the part that connect the addition with the existing house in order not to inconvenienced me.
The addition look beautiful and an integral part of the house.
T.N.L. were very professional and the kept the yard and the house clean.
All inspections passed the first time we call for."
