"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"

"I was extremely pleased with every aspect working with Ridge Top. Communications with the office and then each of the project managers was excellent. They all answered questions very promptly and reached out to let me know when things would be happening and if there were changes in the plan. Especially Joe, installing 11 windows by himself in one day. Evan, the windows lead, stopped in during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and again at completion to double check the work and make sure I was happy. The project manager, John, was there everyday checking on progress and answering any questions I had. Nate, the salesman and my first contact with Ridge Top, was great. He is the reason I picked Ridge Top. Of the 3 companies I looked at, Nate was the only person who took the time and effort to explain the products."

"I called Elite Exteriors to replace a pool deck with composite lumber (expensive) so I was a bit anxious to contract with an unknown company. I read the reviews and they were stellar, so I got an estimate and ultimately went with them. The project managers and builders were professional, friendly, and very customer oriented. I ask a lot of questions but never felt patronized or sensed any annoyance about it. The builders were neat, on time every day, often called in advance to tell me their arrival time, and best of all built a beautiful, solid deck. I recommend them to anyone with a deck project and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them provide any of the other services they offer based upon my experience with their company. "Update: The owner read this review and reached out to me directly to try to make things right. He was understanding of my complaints and treated me with respect. I requested a quote for siding repair, told the receptionist we needed siding repair, and then when the worker came he told me they don’t do siding repair. They only do full replacement, which we are not interested in doing at this time. Worker was condescending and said he needed to talk to my husband. Very disappointed in this whole experience."
