No one was told or informed until I discovered it and the internet company ruled it as that. Now, 2 months later I still have no internet, and the IT company and fence company both refuse to take any responsibility. They claim the IT company didn't locate it, IT claims they should have reported it, both expect me or as each says "Someone to pay" for it (also means me since I'm the only person who seems to need it fixed) before it'll get fixed. It isn't even my fence. I am a completely separate innocent individual in all this, and I am the only person negatively effected by this. Not only have I had to cancel my service now, but I am having to switch to the only other internet provider in my area which is going to cost me twice as much a month. So, in short, their fences might be fine, but they may screw over your neighbors and then do not f all to rectify it. So you'll definitely need that fence to hide behind now that your relationships with your neighbors has been hit."
