Process was super simple, Nick came by and figured out what our wants and needs were. Within a few days drew it up, and provided the documents we needed for the HOA. He also took care of the permit and inspection. We put down our deposit and the materials were delivered right to our yard. Nick showed up the next morning and got started. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day.
