"My neighbor told me about Dennis so I called him. He was very professional and knowledgeable and told me he could make the pocket door frame that I needed. He called me back a few minutes later and told me that he didn't have one in stock, but that "Bill" would drop what he was doing and put one together for me. Bill called about an hour later and said it was finished. I picked it up and it was great. Instead of using flimsy side wood strips, he uses 3/4" OSB for a full face side. "In general, the house was cleaned. I paid extra to have the inside of the oven cleaned and another extra fee to have the windows washed. The oven was not really cleaned well and the Inside oven door was left untouched. Stove top not well wiped. Windows were “done” but smeary and not well done. I would have liked the cleaning professional to use bleach to get mold off grout in showers, that was not done."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
