"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

"Construction Superheroes..  I had Max Baggett and his crew of construction professionals build a workshop and storage building for me last year..  I was so happy with the work that I contacted Max again this year to rebuild my old deck..  Started completely from scratch, removing dirt, grading, pouring footings, building the sub-structure and laying the new composite decking material..  Then the crew put in two concrete block retaining walls at least 80 feet long..  An incredible amount of work completed in less than a month..  Everyone who worked on this project was totally committed to  building me a fantastic deck that I can really be proud of..   Max always stays in contact with his crew and  keeps tabs on  the progress.. The crew is always prompt and very professional..  There is always a plan for the day when they arrive and they get right to work..  There is no wasted time..   They're respectful of me and my property and always clean up the site at the end of the day...  This is a group that really takes pride in their work..  I would certainly call Baggett Construction again for my next project..         "

".John Leblanc made a thorough inspection during which I described in detail the work to be done. The job required the removal of a large mound of poor quality, stony soil as well as the removal of a large quantity of coarse gravel and some modifications to a steel reinforced concrete patio.   He sent me an estimate in a few days.  I agreed to the terms and his crew arrived on time on the appointed day.  John's crew worked steadily for 2 1/2 days removing several tons of dirt and gravel and a few rocks all by pick and shovel.  They had to use a concrete cutter to shape the patio and all of the debris was loaded on a large truck by wheelbarrow and hauled away. On the third day they brought in approximately one ton of topsoil and spread it over the new plantable area.  All debris was swept up and the entire area was left clean and ready to be utilized as a garden/patio.  The workers were very open to my suggestions and were willing to do a few extra s such as cutting bevels at the corners of the concrete and bring in good topsoil at no extra charge.  I got exactly what I wanted and the job was better than I hoped for <br />"

"Providing modification to a city building to meet ADA standards required additional paperwork and engineering. All work was done in a very timely fashion. The Beristains ordered all supplies comparing prices at multiple sources, and managed subcontractors in an efficient manor.  Often, Antonio or Reymundo were able to obtain upgraded materials or fixtures while remaining within budget. The construction site was always kept clean. Great care was taken to confine dust and materials to immediate construction area so the rest of the building could continue to be used without inconvenience to club members. The quality of work was exceptional. If the final review of a project, such as digging for the foundation, did not met Beristain's standards, it was redone to met their exacting expectations.  Since completion of the projects, the Beristains have stayed in touch with our group and frequently come by to ask if everything is performing to expectations. We have received many compliments on the beauty, efficiency and functionality of the addition.  Would highly recommend this contractor to others."
