"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Great professional service! Very responsive to problem areas. Willing to return on a follow up if needed. Highly recommend."

"I reached out to Monterey Vista Termite Control to get an estimate on fumigation, and though I reached out on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, Andy got back to me immediately on that same day, answered all our questions, and immediately provided us with an estimate that was lower than the other estimate we had received. Andy was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andy and this company, and we will definitely reach out again the next time we need any pest related services!"

"From the owner to the initial consultation, James and team are exceptional! Fair prices and iwlling to work with my schedule. Super honest!"

"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"The servicemen were very professional and explained everything to me. They were very timely and very kind. I highly recommend them to take care of bat problems very humanely and efficiently."

"Victor helped our family out during a very stressful rat infestation that happened right after a death in the family. He was super responsive, kind and sensitive to what we needed. This was for my sister, who is not comfortable having many people in her home, and Victor took great care of her. He caught the rats, sealed up all the holes, and got us sorted quickly during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this great family business. This man is passionate about catching rodents and taking care of his clients."

"Mark and Casey did their evaluation on a Saturday, and performed the work the following Friday morning. They were exceedingly professional and trustworthy. By example, another company had marked certain areas for treatment. Mark reviewed the area and concluded there was no reason for treatment. We would use Be Area Termite again in an instant.

"Good choice to solve a serious problem. Raccoon in my attic. Trapped and removed. Access was sealed off. Problem solved. Thank you."

"They were very responsive and before the first initial inspection and first appointment they always kept me up to date. My husband would have wished for options to be presented but there was only one. But after talking with those in the field, we were getting a good deal with Mighty Mite. They couldn't do all the work on one day due to the storm so we had to schedule the outside work to be done. I would have wished for a reminder update about the following meeting. We knew about it but since I didn't hear from them like I did for the inspection and the first treatment appointment I thought maybe we might have not been on the schedule. I never did call to confirm they were coming, they just did at the exact time they told my husband."
