"Link Interactive were very easy to work with on the phone, and very quick to ship us the equipment. It arrived 2 days later and I did the install after reviewing their on-line instructions posted on Link's website. The installation took about 3-4 hours but really was not difficult. We activated the system with Link and everything worked well. After using the system for a couple weeks, we noticed that although the 2Gig control panel worked as advertised, our mid-60's eyes just weren't sharp enough to use the smallish 2Gig panel's touch screen. So although the system worked well, we decided to exchange the 2Gig system and sensors with the newly released Qolsys IQ Panel 2 (also carried by Link) which has a much larger and higher resolution screen. Link Interactive processed the exchange quickly for us and I dismantled the 2 Gig system and shipped it back to Link, and replaced everything with the Qolsys system and sensors. The IQ Panel 2 is an excellent panel that has worked really well with our aging eyes. We have had this system now for 3 months and it has worked flawlessly for us. The added bonus with the new Qolsys IQ Panel 2 is has a built-in 4G cellular chip (rather than the 3G chip in the 2Gig), has wifi for dual-path communication with the alarm monitoring company (Alarm.com) for fail-safe back-up, communication, and a bluetooth module that that will disarm the alarm system when you return home and have your linked bluetooth-equipped smart phone with you. Very cool and convenient when you have your hands full with groceries, etc. Bottom line is that if you have good vision, the 2Gig system is very fine and feature packed. For poorer eyes like ours, we really appreciate the larger, clearer screen the Qolsys system uses. Good choices either way. And the service and help given by Link Interactive staff is excellent, patient and always pleasant. Link's monitoring plans and prices are top-notch too. Count us as very satisfied."

I really appreciated when Shawn explained the technical detail at a level I could understand. They cleaned up and moved furniture back into place. I would definitely hire them again."

"Tom, son of owner David, was terrific. This service required coming to our house and trying to extract data from an old desktop that could no longer be started to a new desktop just purchased. Tom was able to extract the data from the hard drive of the old desktop, and to highlight issues and possible resolutions to some items that could not be transferred (such as application programs that had been installed from CDs that were no longer supported). Friendly, empathetic, respectful of health protocols, and, most importantly, proficient are adjectives I would use to describe Tom."

"Delighted with Jeff Franklin’s recommendations and the installation completed by Jeff and his assistant. They were a pleasure to work with. Jeff connected our turn table to the new system (smart TV, receiver, subwoofer, blu ray and upgraded 4K cable box). We are totally enjoying our collection of vinyl, DVDs and CDs. "Alex and his partner were fantastic, and we highly recommend his services when a top notch home inspection is required.  Alex started with a careful inspection of the roofs, including climbing on the various roof pitches and inspecting the flashing along the roof edges and around the chimney.  Many inspectors no longer perform this service, and it helped us identify some small areas in need of repair. <br> <br>He and his partner performed a full outdoor inspection of the property, then moved inside.  Inside, Alex ensured he checked every crawl space, and fought his way into an extremely tight cape-cod attic that is additionally constrained by several skylights. <br> <br>Throughout, Alex was thorough but not alarmist.  There were several areas that he identified as possibly concerning, then after careful inspection realized they were fine.  I very much appreciate this attention to detail, as I have worked with past home inspectors for whom every small plumbing or electrical oddity seemed a major catastrophe.  Old homes usually have some issues, and Alex was great about helping us identify and understand the ones specific to our new home. <br> <br>My wife and I are both engineers, and pretty handy around the house.  A professional like Alex was exactly right for us, to fill in the gaps in our knowledge, and ensure a full and systematic inspection of the home.  His final report was detailed, included photos, and captured the majority of what we discussed in person. <br> <br>We highly recommend Alex, and even our seller's agent took his card to recommend him to her future clients as well! <br> <br>In addition to the base home inspection, Alex performed a Radon test under a Angie's List discount that was then available. <br>"
