"Friendly, professional, and high-quality service. This was my first pro repair as I’m pretty into DIY. I would recommend SAR to anyone looking for a skillful and trustworthy technician."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Best repair service I've ever had in my home. Timely, professional, polite, listened to every comment/question I had, and took the time to show me what to do next time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Aaron was here within an hour Experienced, knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion on our options to repair or to replace our refrigerator."

"I was looking to have my washer, it would not drain or spin. They came out and told me it was the lock on the lid that did not lock so the cycle would not start if the lock did not engage. So they had to come back out and put it on because had to order part. Came back out a diffrent worker put the part on and the washer still did not work, man tried alot of things finally he said it was the motor underneath and had to go get the part and he did, within about 35 minutes he put that part on after alot of talking on the phone with office. The washer started working, I paid and the worker left. About 10 minutes after he left the washer stopped and still had water and not spinning. I called the office and let them know and the office said that it's got to be the motherboard I think it was called. Now I'm thinking I can not just keep paying money on parts and they are not sure what's wrong and again I have to wait to get the part at $198. Finally I told them just refund my money because I had a 30day guarantee,so they it would take 5 to 10 days to get my money back and as of yet not seen my credit cards refunded because I had to use two cards cause was not expecting to have to keep paying, when they told me at first it would be $100. when they came out and if I used them for the repair part of that money would go toward they work, but they charged me $78. 00 more and kept wanting to charge each time they came out."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"The pro was knowledgable and figured out the issue within just minutes. Great service!"

"The service was good. They were professional and courteous."

"Thank you Matthew for being so well prepared! He had the part (defroster unit) with him on the first visit and our refrigerator and freezer are now back up and running again! I highly recommend AA Rapid Appliance repair."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
