"Brandon and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and responsive with any questions I had . Will definitely use him again in the future."

"Everything was amazing!  Mike and Judy were very detail oriented and offered suggestions about layout.  Judy was able to foresee possible problems with some of my ideas and was able to explain how we could accommodate my wishes in a more user-friendly way.  She also offered ideas of features that she and her other clients had put in their kitchens or wished they had put in their kitchens.  For example, she suggested that I have a cabinet dedicated to containing my wastebasket.  She also warned me of features that she knew from experience had not worked out well.  I had the option of having knife holders installed in a drawer.  She knew that people who installed those were not happy with them.  Mike made lots of suggestions about the locations of the lights and of the outlets and switches.  These were things that I would never have thought about.
She took me to Indianapolis to pick out the granite for my countertop.  She was able to talk the granite supplier into a lower price. Next we went to a tile store to choose my backsplash.  With her help, I was able to choose a backsplash that is PERFECT. After a long day of decision making, Judy took me out to lunch, her treat.
The work was completed in a timely fashion.  Both Mike and Judy made sure that I was happy with everything in the completed project before asking for my final payment.  They even had an amazing gift for me.  They had the granite fabricator make a Lazy Susan out of the granite that was my countertop.  It is gorgeous and useful.  What a wonderful surprise that was.
Judy called me a month or two after the job was finished to make sure that everything was still to my satisfaction and encouraged me to call her if I ever had a problem with any of their work.
When Mike finished the job, he cleaned up all of his work area in my garage so that it looked as though he had never been there.
Who could ask for more??  I am delighted with my new kitchen.
I plan to hire them again to remodel a bathroom.

"Jose Aritas and his crew are top-notch: professional, pleasant, and efficient. Jose responded quickly to our inquiry on Angi, and came the next day to estimate our job (painting the interior front half of the house, including the ceiling, and also minor master bathroom remodeling). They were ready to go as soon as the new countertop and plumbing fixtures arrived. He kept us informed, arrived on time with his amazing crew of 6 pros, and had the work done within two days. Jose is calm, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. His crew did a careful, beautiful job, including leaving the house totally cleaned up. We highly recommend Aritas Remodeling & Painting -- this is a pro you can count on to do the job, and do it right."

"These guys did a really great job remodeling our kitchen with new countertops and a soft close doors. They also did a great job remodeling our bathroom tub with jetted jets in the tub as well as a rain shower thanks again guys"

"The owner showed up and was very knowledgeable and took his time asking us what we wanted along with what our goals were. If ever I am in need for a project in the future (which I will be soon). I would recommend Sunnyland Construction for sure!"

"We had a second story bedroom with a sloping floor. Mike replied quickly to my request for a quote and started the job soon afterwards. The subfloor needed replacing and joists leveled, so it was a big job. His friendly crew did a great job and fixed other issues they found. Mike made sure we were satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend New Vision."

"Everything turned out fantastic. They responded with an estimate immediately and ready to get to work. They were very efficient in painting our vaulted ceilings and livingroom/bathroom/hallways. They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. I'm sure I will be calling them back to do some exterior painting!!"

"A1 Remodeling & More did two projects for us. Replaced our cedar siding with vinyl siding and did a roof replacement. Both projects went very well and they delivered exactly what they said they would."

"We hired cornerstone builders to redo our basement ceiling. The old ceiling was an outdated drop ceiling. They replaced it with drywall and added can lights. The work was completed quickly to our satisfaction and they kept the area clean."
