My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. The carpet material is very nice and the installers did a awesome job and cleaned up after nicely as well. I do recommend Empire for their timeliness and craftsmanship."

His partner was there with his crew when they started. They are very professional as well , work efficiently and concentrate on details, from moving furnitures and putting them back in place. Very respectful to my property they were working on. My son, his wife and myself were very pleased with their job. We will hire them again and highly recommend to family and friends. "They did not clean the floors after install and I had to sweep and mop for 2 hours afterward. I was also quoted for 20 extra square feet than I actually had. So I paid extra labor and materials that was not even needed. They did give me the extra materials but I would rather get a refund."

"I got three bids on this job. Glen was the only contractor that pointed out several safety (trip) issues and said he would fix them and include it in the price. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take. We would recommend Glen without hesitation. He is a real pro!!!"
