"0 stars! Do NOT use this electrician! He is rude and dismissive but charges an inordinate amount without producing quality. Bob and company (I.e., his receptionist) are the absolute rudest contracting org we have ever encountered. We scheduled a service call with Bob for 3 services: 1) to repair a chandelier lift, 2) to install a new chandelier and 3) to install a ceiling fan in place of ceiling light. He came in with an attitude like he did not want to do the job. My husband had been in touch with the manufacturer of the lift and had ordered the replacement part myself. When he tried to explain the background on the lift motherboard, Bob was uninterested and rushed me through the instructions. However, he did not waste any time warning us that he would be charging extra for any trouble-shooting. In the end, he did not hook up the motherboard correctly. We had to have another electrician come to fix his errors. Given his attitude, we did not ask him to complete the chandelier. It was large and complex - so clearly he wanted nothing to do with it. The ceiling fan was a simple change because we already had a ceiling fan guard. This was the only thing he completed. To top it off, when my husband called to let his office know he charged us for doing the job incorrectly (request a partial refund), Tracey began screaming at him, blaming him saying we messed with the motherboard! My husband was patient, spoke calmly, and tried to explain why we should not be charged for the bad job (note we were willing to pay the service fee and work for the fan), she hung up on him! If you expect to pay for a service that is correct, complete and done with respect, Bob from Lehigh Valley Electric is not your electrician."

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"A+++! Mason initially beautifully repaired a cracked and water damaged ceiling for us before we put our house up for sale. Fortunately, we then had immediate buyers and the sale progressed quickly, but of course we had a few things to have repaired in order to get a clear CO and to accommodate inspection repair requests. This included some electrical work, stair repair, roof repair, support beam repair, wood rot repair, among a few other items. I appreciated being able to count on Mason for a quick response and fitting our repair into his schedule quickly so we could meet our tight deadlines to inspectors and buyers. His prices were reasonable and his work was clean and of high quality. He was responsive and very nice - truly great to work with. We also appreciated his electronic system for estimates, invoices and payments. I highly recommend him to everyone and we will absolutely be calling him for everything needed in the future. "I hired Alex to do a bathroom. And then to do some windows. The gentleman that came to do the bathroom floor worked very hard. He complained not once. He started in the morning, and left the same evening. Very good guy. The gentleman that came to do the windows was also very professional. He knocked it out. Quickly. Without any problems. They are a no nonsense crew. All professionals. I had my math wrong at the end. I was apparently going to charge myself an extra $600! Alex corrected me and charged me the right amount. They do good work and they do not overcharge you. Get a quote from Alex."
