We got an appointment for an estimate within just a day or two of our initial call.  Tom made sure to come over at a time that was convenient for us so we could both be there for the presentation.  Tom was on time (if not a bit early) and was such a delight to deal with.  He explained all the features of the system and all the options that were available.  Then he made recommendations according to what we wanted out of the system.  We talked it over that night and decided to get all the bells and whistles!  We scheduled the installation.  Tom and his other installer showed up on time (again) and went straight to work.  They worked diligently as a coordinated team effort to make sure that our system, not only worked but, was exactly what we needed. They were finished with all the installation in a relatively short time and then I was given a lesson on how to use it.  To be perfectly honest, I was nervous, as I had never had a security system and was afraid it was too much for me to remember to explain it to my husband (who was out of town on business at the time).  Tom sat down with me to explain how to use the monitoring website and it was amazingly intuitive, easy to understand and navigate!  Then, he took me to each point of installation and explained the features and use of each one. ( I particularly like the perimeter cameras)  When they left, I sort of thought "well, that was easy". Then I started using the system.  I It was so easy to use!  I even did a good job explaining it to my husband when he go home.

My only issue was that I had never had a security system and would forget to set it.  BUT, knowing this, Tom took the time to show me the coolest thing ever!  You just load this cool app to your phone.  When your phone leaves your house without setting the alarm, you get a text message reminding you to do it.  THEN, all you have to do is go to the app and set it ...remotely, ...on the phone......wherever you are, ...even if you just landed in the Dallas airport!!!!! How awesome is that???!!!

I feel totally secure in using my system now and all the features are so cool!  I also feel secure in my home because of the personalized system we got.
