"Marsh contracting came in and took our 50+ year old bathroom and made it into a great, functional space. I wish I could explain the awfulness of the "before" situation they were facing. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"

Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "I asked the owner if he could install LVT and he confirmed he could but he would send his son to complete the job. I requested to install the LVT in my mud room and half bath. His son was a nice guy but did a below average job installing the tile. He struggled using the glue. He started out using too much glue. By the time he completed the job he left glue all over the tile. There was glue on the walls and on the trim. It was very difficult to clean up. He also made a few mistakes installing the shoe mould. Instead of fixing it he left the mistake. I had to reapply caulk because he missed some areas. The job looked rushed and I was left fixing a lot of errors. I attached a few pictures for reference. "
