They informed me that they would provide me with a quote for the issues they noted within a week. However, they never responded. About one month after the visit, I received a phone call from the company because they thought I wanted to schedule a visit. When I informed them that they had already performed my requested tasks, but that I was waiting for their quote for follow-up work, they told me that they would call me back with the quote once they review their notes. It has been 1-2 months, and I still have not heard back."

Called for a quote day after 4th of July and he came out 2 hours later, communication was outstanding. Completed our concrete patio the following Tuesday which exceeded our expectations.
