I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again.
