Technician Kyle John’s was the first dispatched and after hours and multiple snakes sent on a mulching mission he had gotten us better but not out of the woods. It was ultimately decided a hydro jet treatment was needed or next step would be digging and replacing pipes. Calling in Technician Paul Tabb with the hydro jet and a whole lot of hard work, determination, and dedication to providing a top notice service we are back in business!
