"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Derek, the owner of Prime Square Construction, contacted me almost immediately and gave me a quote based on the photo I sent. He said he could be out the next day to do the work. He was timely, professional and honest. I could tell that he is very passionate about his work. In addition to the repair of the shingles on the back bay, Derek inspected the entire roof and repaired a cap that had a crack in it, this was above and beyond. "They were so great They showed up when they saud they would. We had a tripple tear off on our roof and they did not even try and change the price. They worked diligently througout the day. I had to make them take a break to eat lunch I have never seen such hard workers They were very professional and cleaned up real good wvery day. They also sided our entire house which wasn't easy due to our roof line butvthey did a great job And after each day i was asked to doba walk through and point out anything i didnt like They fix what ever i wanted and there was never any attitude They truly wanted to make sure i was happy at rhe wnd of each day. I will he hiring them again when i install some windows for them to do the siding again for us.
