When our dishwasher stopped working I initially called them because we'd worked with them before, and the owner (or manager?) openly told me that they were fully booked up for the next two weeks and offered the names of some competing companies. Found that our microwave was shorting the circuits and killing other appliances on the line. Suggested before he did anymore work that we replace the microwave. We did and have had no problems since.
