"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"After heavy rains for a week we discovered sewage coming up in the basement around two of the drains. We thought it was street sewage at first, but quickly realized it was coming from within the house and getting worse by the day. After checking out some online videos of others with a similar problem, I determined there must be a blockage between the house and the street, and was horrified at the thought of spending $1000s to possibly dig up the front lawn to have a pipe replaced as others have experienced. "Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations.
