I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. Matt and the entire team were fast and professional. A lot of companies say they stand behind their work but Three Tree puts their money where their mouth is. I'd highly recommend them."

We got several bids, and went with Metropolitan, as they did our neighbor's roof several years ago and they recommended them; but it was Clint's upfront integrity, knowledge of the product, and clear guidance in the whole process that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff; their response to our questions/concerns throughout this whole process was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. "Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away! "We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it. This was an expensive remodel that we had been saving for for several years...to find such a great group to work with and see such terrific results was great. I would recommend them to anyone."
