"Kevin and crew are very easy to work with. I am extremely happy with their job. The response is very fast. Kevin is great at communicating via email with the customers.
They refinished all my hardwood floor and reinstalled a section in the kitchen. The estimation was the lowest. They are very flexible with time also. They come early at 9 and work till late to make sure the project finishes in time. They work on weekends, too. After the job is finished, they cleaned up and came back for touch up upon my request.
I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for flooring job. Thanks Kevin and I will definitely work with you again if I needed my floor to be refinished in the future.

"The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

"Great. We went through the Costco program and that is how we found Haight Carpet. We had several companies provide bids for us and theirs was very competitive. We also loved working with their sales person Mark. he was so helpful and guided us through the process and acknowledging our needs to give us the best product that would work for our family and lifestyle. The installer Alexi was fast and really good at what he does. Would highly recommend them over and over. They are now installing the backsplash in our kitchen next week. "Adrian and his crew did a great job regrouting the floor, shower floor and shower walls of our bathroom. They also installed a gorgeous mosaic backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, worked hard and got this large amount of work done in 3 days. We needed a little touch up done in a couple spots after the job was completed and Adrian came out and took care of it. They were also reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and highly recommend them!"
