"Awesome service. We are new to Idaho Falls and I called over 5 plumbers and left messages - no one has called back. I spoke to another company who would charge a $49 service fee to come out and then if they did the work that fee would be applied However, they couldn't give me an approximate price to snake my drain. I then joined Angie's List and found King George. They answered on the first ring, and they were at my house within an hour (I called during lunch). Within minutes they cleared my drain and confirmed by tub was not impacted. They were very professional and the best part was that it was only $124! I will use Kjng George for any future plumbing needs."

I opened the ceiling and the wall and located how for it had run giving me a good look at the zigzag <br /> <br />placement of the water line when the softener was installed. "No problems except for locating the tank. All charges were justified except for the use of a camera to locate the tank. This took the tech only 10 minutes to do, however they charged me $100.00 just for this."

"This is the second time we have called them. the first time they just put a tube from the water softener back into it's drain pipe. they did not even charge for it. (One of them is friends with my brother). <br /> This time we had no drains in the house. turned out that there was a clog between the house and street which made it necessary to dig up the pipe between the house and street and replace the pipe, unfortunately a very large, expensive repair. They got the work done very quickly with the least possible damage to the front yard. Most other contractors would have been much less careful digging up the pipe and made much more of a mess. Many others would have forced her to replace the sewer pipe all the way to the main sewer line in the middle of the street, making it a much bigger, more expensive job. <br /> This was not an inexpensive repair, but it was necessary. My mother could have been taken advantage of by making the job bigger than it needed to be or dragging it out. Most would not have done the job as neatly as it was done. <br /> Kudos to these guys. I hope they get all the work they want. <br />"
