"Fix and Finish completed major renovation work for us on an existing room addition as well as flooring and trim work in our kitchen and bathroom. The job included removal of existing flooring, ceiling, walls and windows. They installed a new drywall ceiling, replaced all electrical fixtures and lighting, installed new windows, exterior storm door and pet door. In addition, they installed new wood-based laminate flooring in the addition, kitchen and bathroom along with all trim work. Wall treatments included horizontal shiplap and vertical beadboard with chair rail. They were respectful at all times, conscientious and courteous. Our space provided several unique challenges, but they always found creative solutions to address issues that inevitably pop-up in any remodel project. We have referred them to several friends and neighbors who needed quality work done for their home projects."

"Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! Great play space for the little one, guest suite for family, wonderful area to entertain. It is perfect!"

She was very friendly to work with and always very responsive to our inquiries. We also enjoyed working with the job foreman (Greg). He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!"

"Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."
