After he began snaking the main area he realized it would clear all of the line and took off the charge for the second drain. He cleaned and dried everything when finished working. "Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"
