"Mike did a bunch of "handyman" jobs for me about a month ago, and I was absolutley pleased with his price, workmanship, punctuality, and professionalism. So when I discovered a toilet leak, I called Mike, as my house is currently for sale, and I couldn't risk damage to the ceiling in the room below the bathroom. Mike came 2 days later, on a Saturday, and replaced the wax ring. You can't even get a plumbing company to send someone out on a Saturday unless you want to pay a king's ransom! I recently painted the bathroom but couldn't get to the space behind the toilet tank. So while the toilet was moved out from the wall, I brought him the paint he painted the area behind the tank. And he was done in 45 minutes, no mess left behind, and he only charged me his hourly rate. Mike does everything - construction, landscaping, major and minor home repairs - you name it, he does it! This guy is a wealth of knowledge and skill for any homeowner!!"

"It went great. The workers were very professional and did their work without any need to consult with me. Rob is so personable and easy to deal with that it makes it a pleasure to have him direct the work. He is someone I trust to tell me what is needed and then to make sure his crew has done the job well. He has been working to make my crawl space moisture free for a few years, and I often get compliments on it from other company's workers, like HVAC and pest control. If they saw my walk-in attic area now, they would probably have compliments on it. It looks terrific with its shiny thermal bubble insulation. I am attaching a picture but it doesn't do it credit because the strong LED light and shiny material makes it hard to take a good picture. They put a foam sheet on the back of the attic door and it also has shiny foil on it. They had previously put fiberglass insulation in this area and soffits or something like that (can't remember exact name) to make sure the air flow from outside is sufficient. I am thrilled that he also put the insulation on the floor, because I think that shiny stuff will deter mice, who reportedly don't things like aluminum foil. Maybe this area will stay cleaner and problem free since I have taken other pest control measures."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

So we called Mr. Long for an estimate and he showed up as scheduled. His estimate was very reasonable, so we planned for him to start work the next week -- but the storm hit and we lost power for 4 days. <br /> He was very accommodating and started work the following week. The job took 2 days and he made sure we had water before he left on day 1. He had to tear out some of the drywall to gain access to the pipes, and he covered the holes with easy access panels in 3 places where needed. "Morris came out to our house and gave me an estimate for putting a gate on our deck, repairing and painting a damaged area around our front door and installing a vent to the outside in our bathroom. He answered the phone when I called and was able to come out and take a look the next day. He was very professional. He wrote down all the details and was careful to take measurements and determine what kind of paint we would need. He gave me an estimate that I deemed very reasonable. He scheduled the time to come and do the work and brought a helper with him. They worked very quickly and carefully. Morris went up into the attic and discovered that we did not need to put a vent to the outside because it was already done. Great job and I would recommend him highly!"

"Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete job. Job completed 10 weeks later only to be torn out and started over after I complained to owner. Shower walls were torn out twice and floor of shower 3 times. Crockett was to return and fix molding and painting after the last floor replacement. I have called 3 times to arrange for cleanup and painting to be be completed and have yet to get a return call from George Crockett. One guy broke a pipe off in the floor of bathroom and it stained the ceiling below in family room. This repair was also not completed. I highly recommend. finding another contractor if you are going to do any remodeling."
