They are very approachable and Eddie was always available for any questions even during weekends and nights. We were given many options for how each section could be assembled which helped us get the job done perfectly even though we hadnâ t thought everything through beforehand. Spacing and alignment of balusters was precise, newel post and rails were positioned perfectly and are very sturdy. Staining and painting work came out beautiful with very good attention to detail.
