He is committed to high quality, cost competitive work and customer satisfaction. He installed two huge new windows 74 in high x 7ft wide and 74 in high x 10ft wide on the exterior of my home, which required removing most of the existing wall prior to installation. They fit perfectly and look fabulous. He has a sharp eye for detail and great suggestions for design. We are confident in his abilities and work and feel good about being able to recommend a great professional contractor to our friends. We will be hiring him again for additional window installations, remodeling an addition."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This was our second time using J & M. Great group of folks. The roof and siding look great. We gave a B because there were a few hiccups this go around. Not enough material was ordered to complete the shed. The crew left nails everywhere and we have 4 small dogs which was frustrating. It took longer than expected to have siding done. However, Melissa was very polite and did her best to accommodate us. We would definitely use them again for our future siding or roofing needs despite the length of time that it took this time."

Kenny and crew did an outstanding job.  I was amazed that the gentleman doing the cut-in was so proficient and never had to use tape. The painting did take longer as I added the ceiling and stairwell to my original request but Kenny did his best to fit me in to finish up and in no time, the job was finished to my complete satisfaction.

"The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work.
I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again.

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
