"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

"Haley did a wonderful job replacing the Powder Room toilet wax ring, interior flush valve/assembly & then caulked at the floor. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."

He was great for the whole experience, including helping us with other things coming up like our kitchen sink deciding to leak in the middle of the remodel. Our experience was so good during the remodel that we got his contact info for all future plumbing work. He's now helped us with a couple other small projects and is always great. "Been having problems with garbage disposal and the pipes underneath sink loosened up. Decided that didn't want the disposal anymore. Gave Chris a call and got appointment scheduled. They were prompt and got the work done neatly. Removed the disposal and fixed and replacednecessary piping. Also decided to have them remove two soap dispensers that were not functioning and since then I bought two faucet hole plugs and put those in. Everything is working great. They are really good plumbers."
